Argentina's enemy Bolivia won despite falling behind

Argentina finally defeated hostile Bolivia. Lionel Scaloni's team returned from La Paz with a victory 15 years later! At La Paz, more than three and a half thousand meters above sea level, Argentina did not have a good start. Bolivia once again went ahead against Argentina by maintaining the tradition of this field. But Scaloni's team came back from there with two goals in two halves and snatched the victory.

The two-time champions overcame the toughest challenge in qualifying for the World Cup. In just 23 minutes, captain Marcelo Martins put Bolivia ahead with a header from the left side.

A few seconds before the break, Jos Carasco tried to clear the ball, but it landed on Lautaro Martinez, who was standing in front of the goal. The two teams went to the break with a 1-1 draw.

Joaquin Correa scored the winning goal with an excellent left-footed shot 11 minutes before the end of the game. Lionel Scaloni's ninth match against Argentina was unbeaten. This is their first victory on Bolivian soil since 2005.

"We know what this match means to us," said Martinez, who missed a hat-trick. We will not deny how difficult it is to play here. Today, the team has played one by one. We are happy. "

Bolivia, who started the qualifiers after losing two matches in a row, will play Ecuador and Paraguay in November. Argentina will play in Peru after welcoming Paraguay.

In this victory, Argentina retained 100% success in qualifying for the World Cup from the South American region. In the first match, they beat Ecuador 1-0.
