Morning
Many people wake up and start exercising while sitting on the bed. However, it is better not to do heavy exercise at this time. Because the body needs to have enough energy for exercise, if there is a lack of time, do light jogging or morning work half an hour after waking up.
Afternoon
The best time to exercise is in the afternoon. That means 6 hours after waking up and 12 hours later. Those who plan heavy exercise should choose any time of the day. Do not sit down after lunch and walk lightly.
Evening
Walk a little way back home. When walking, make sure that you can walk 1 km in 10 minutes. Can exercise in the evening. But in that case, you must relax before exercising. So that there is no fatigue while exercising.
The evening is the best time to do yoga. During this time you can also do a treadmill or cycling.
Remember, exercise can never be done on an empty stomach. If you can't do heavy exercise or anything else, walk only 30 minutes a day with your partner. You will feel much lighter and healthier than before.
