Morning-noon-night: Apart from three meals a day, Bengalis have a different look at fun juices in the heat. So, Wahida Jinnah has given two recipes of different flavors of juice in this year's event.
Mango
Mastani
Ingredients:
1 cup of chopped mango, 1 cup of condensed milk, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 3
scoops of vanilla ice cream, wood nuts, pistachios, tutti fruit crumbs.
Recipe:
Blend with mango pieces, sugar, milk, and 2 scoops of ice cream.
Serve: Pour
one more pile of ice cream over the mango mixture in a glass. Now garnish with
almonds, pistachios, and tutti fruit crumbs and serve.
Water
Lemon-Ginger Mint
Ingredients:
2 cups of watermelon pieces, 1 tablespoon of ginger powder, 2 tablespoons of
mint leaf powder, 5 tablespoons of sugar, 1 cup of soda water, 1 slice of
lemon.
Method:
Blend watermelon, ginger, sugar, and mint leaves together. Then soda water
should be mixed.
Serve:
Sprinkle with lemon slices in a glass and serve with watermelon mixture. Post 5
